Our Speaker was Louise Albrect Mallinger. She is a Doula. Louise explained how a Doula assists the mother during delivery. Many Doulas are volunteers and you can ask for one when you are ready to deliver your baby or you can hire a Doula who will assist you with nutrition and other information during your pregnancy right through delivery. Even the guys found this interesting.
